What are your shipping rates? When can I expect to receive my order? What if an item I purchased was back ordered? I received my order and it was not filled correctly, what do I do? These aren’t the shades I was expecting, can I return them? Can I get a refund? Can I make an exchange? SofThreads customers only pay exact shipping costs. These are calculated directly by USPS and UPS according to your location and weight of your order. You may select USPS Parcel Post, usually the most economical, and promises a 2-9 day delivery. USPS Priority guarantees a 1-2 day delivery time. UPS only tends to save the customer money on shipping costs if you are having your order delivered to a commercial location. Orders to Canada are shipped via USPS Priority International. SofThreads is not responsible for duty taxes that may be due upon arrival of your order. Duty taxes are determined when your package goes through customs, and we have no control over it. It is your responsibility to research the duty taxes for your country and place your order accordingly. Members of SofThreads Frequent Buyers' Club only pay SofThread's exact costs for their knit and crochet supplies. Wholesale pricing is available for everything listed at SofThread's store.Return to top Account Sharing Please do not share your Frequent Buyers Account with others. The Membership Fee is SofThreads only way of covering the costs incurred by the frequent orders submitted to our suppliers. If people share Account discounts without paying their share of the Membership Fee, SofThread's costs will become too much to continue offering this valuable service. Thank you for your honesty! Tax Policy SofThreads is located in Utah, therefore, orders made to Utah will be charged 6.5% sales tax. Return to top Delivery Time Delivery time depends on your distance from our location in Utah, unless you select USPS Priority which guarantees a 1-2 day delivery. For Frequent Buyer Members, delivery time may vary from 2-4 weeks, dependant on back-orders and availability from the supplier.Return to top a name="back">Back Orders SofThreads does not Back Order items bought from our Retail Shop. Your purchase is cancelled and refunded to you if an item is found out of stock. For Frequent Buyer Members, SofThreads works hard to only list items declared in stock by the supplier. In the event that an item must be back-ordered, you will be notified of items in your order that are found out-of-stock, and you will be given the option to have the item back-ordered or canceled. Back orders will be shipped to you immediately upon receipt from the manufacturer, and members will be responsible for the additional shipping charges incurred. Return to top Order filled incorrectly You must notify SofThreads of the error within 14 days of receiving your order. SofThreads will refund you in the amount of any postage you are required to pay to return the incorrect items and ship the correct merchandise as soon as possible.Return to top Refunds Refunds are only available for defective merchandise.
